Senator Stedman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                                                 
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on                                                                     
page 2247 Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 230(FIN)                                                                    
was adopted.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 230(FIN) will                                                                   
advance to third reading on the April 12 calendar.
